Cyberbully Me, Face the Sealed Garage Plot

Five years ago, Frank spent 3.4 million US dollars purchasing all 172 private parking spaces of the community, letting neighbors use them for free for five years while reserving one spot for himself. Later, his car was scratched, paint splashed on his door, his driver’s license leaked online, and his ground lock welded up.
