I Married My Ex’s Cousin

I Married My Ex’s Cousin Plot

Katherine has long been neglected by her boyfriend, Jasper. While Jasper insists that Kimberly is merely like a "younger sister" to him, he constantly crosses boundaries with her. Over time, Katherine transforms from a submissive, long-suffering partner to someone who is entirely clear-headed and disillusioned.
Meanwhile, Jonathan, an aloof and reserved top surgeon, has secretly harbored feelings for Katherine for a long time. At Kimberly's birthday party, Katherine finally breaks up with Jasper once and for all. Soon after, an unexpected night brings Katherine and Jonathan together.
When Katherine’s toxic family tries to force her into a transactional marriage for their own financial benefit, she completely cuts ties with the Robinson family. Far from looking down on her family background, lost status, or rock-bottom situation, Jonathan makes his feelings explicitly clear: "The only one I like is you."
Realizing what he has truly lost, Jasper is consumed by regret—but it is already too late. Jonathan publicly protects Katherine and completely overpowers Jasper. In the end, Katherine publicly announces her relationship with Jonathan, achieving her ultimate emotional comeback.
