Frank had been adopted by his foster parents who doted on him dearly. But everything changed the day his foster parents officially recognized Timothy, their biological son. No matter how earnestly Frank explained, his adoptive father chose to believe the newly acknowledged heir over the son he'd raised for over twenty years. Frank had overlooked the bond of blood.
