Underground Emperor Returns

Underground Emperor Returns Plot

Two years ago, mafia member Vincent Moretti was betrayed by his brother, Niccolò. After faking his death and undergoing facial reconstruction, he built a new life along the eastern coast of South America, rising to become "The Phantom"—the undisputed underworld emperor of the ports. Upon his return, he discovered that his mother had died of liver cancer due to a lack of money for medical treatment, and his sister, Loretta, was reduced to scavenging through trash to survive in Brownsville.
